Contact the primary user for your company's WCS account to create a user account for you. If your company does not yet have a WCS account, please contact Hedrickson Trailer Tech Services. See the help entry labeled 'Getting Assistance' for details.
To sign in to the site, click the 'Sign In' link in the upper right corner, or click here. Enter your email address and password and click 'Sign In'. Once your credentials have been validated, you will be granted access to the site.
Accounts are locked after a number of incorrect sign in attempts. If your account has been locked, contact the primary user for your company's WCS account to have your user account unlocked. If you are the primary user, contact Hedrickson Trailer Tech Services. See the help entry labeled 'Getting Assistance' for details.
If you have forgotten your password, click the 'Forgot your password?' link on the Sign In page, or click here. Enter your email address in the form and click the 'Reset Password' button. If the email address you provided matches an existing user, an email with instructions for resetting your password will be sent to you.
Alternatively, the primary WCS user for your company can trigger a password reset for you.
